Will Smith Addresses Rumours About Dropping an Album!

Will Smith has finally confirmed the rumours that a new album is on the way!

In an interview shared by the Instagram account Black Film Allies, Smith opened up about his first project since 2005’s Lost and Found.

“Over the past year and a half, I’ve been in the studio,” he shared. “I have a project that is the most personal and powerful music project I’ve ever done. The idea of the music is, ‘Dance in your darkest moments.’”

Additionally, Smith posted on Instagram on Tuesday (July 23) a preview of his new collaboration with Russ, “Work of Art,” and announced, “I just finished my album.”

Dance In Your Darkest Moments seems likely to be the album title, as the phrase already has its own Instagram page and website. It’s described as “A human wellness initiative designed to inspire self-exploration, encourage acceptance, & cultivate a celebration for life,” and is “inspired” by Smith.
