The main talking point from Bellator 158 during the weekend was the move Michael Page whipped out when he knocked Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos to the floor.
The crowd cheered wildly after he delivered a vicious knee to the head with 30 seconds remaining in the second round, but those did not realise what actually happened to Page's victim revealing something a lot more sinister than initially anticipated.
The 38-year-old has reportedly suffered a compound skull fracture and his ex-wife Cristiane "Cyborg" Justino shared a photo of the injury on Instagram, where an alarming dent in the middle of his forehead is clear.
Justino an MMA star revealed his doctor said the injury could have been life threatening, and encouraged fans to contribute to a GoFundMe campaign set up for him.
