The Rock just revealed his insane daily diet & workout plan

As you may have heard, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson was given the title of "Sexiest Man Alive" this week.
But The Rock ain't keeping his sexiness to himself, he's happy to help others get a shredded body by revealing his INSANE daily diet and workout plan to People magazine.
Exercise-wise he keeps it pretty simple; working out five days a week for an hour and 15 minutes a day.
"It's 20-35 minutes of low-impact cardio, generally on the elliptical. It's easier on my joints," he told the magazine. "And then free weights, and I rotate muscle groups."
But when it comes to his daily food plan, well that's intense. This is The Rock's actual daily food intake:
Before breakfast: Rather than coffee, The Rock drinks fruit-flavoured "energy drink powders that I like to mix up."
Breakfast:
10-12 oz. of roasted potatoes
8-10 oz. of grilled sirloin
4-6 scrambled egg whites
Three hours later:
8-10 oz. of grilled chicken
1 1/2 cups of white rice
Three hours later:
10 oz. of bison
1 1/2 cups of white rice
Salad with balsamic vinegar
Three hours later:
10-12 oz. of chicken salad, made with coconut oil, celery and onion
10-12 oz. of roasted potatoes
Three hours later:
3/4 of a cup of oatmeal, mixed with 10 egg whites and a scoop of peanut butter
Hydration
2 1/2 to 3 gallons of water a day.
"It's a lot," he says. "I'm always, as they say, yes, peeing."
