The Bachelor's Naz Khanjani has fake breasts and this is why!

Naz Khanjani, the breakout star from The Bachelor NZ's second season, has also spoken openly about the cosmetic surgery she had in Thailand, which took her from a B-cup to a D-cup.

In a chat on a Facebook page earlier this year, Khanjani said she had the procedure because she "wanted bigger boobs".

"I wasn't happy with my natural ones. I can say that openly.

"It's my body, I can do what I want with it."

The bodybuilding enthusiast has, however, ruled out any cosmetic surgery on her face.
