Benji and Zoe Marshall have announced they are expecting a baby.

Speaking to Woman's Day, media personality Zoe shared details of her long struggle to get pregnant and her battle with endometriosis.

After years spent trying to conceive naturally, she undertook a radical two-week no-food detox earlier this year. Six months on, on her 33rd birthday, Zoe discovered she was pregnant – and said she was so shocked by the news that she "fell on the floor crying".

"I felt a mix of relief and happiness because I really didn't know if this was going to happen for me," she told the publication.

Brisbane Bronco Benji described the news as a "dream come true".

"I've always believed that I was put on this earth to have a family. I have been waiting for a long time – I've wanted to be a dad forever."
