Stan Walker throws his support behind #ChangeTheDate

Stan Walker has thrown his support behind the #ChangeTheDate cause going down in Australia. 

Stan posted to his Instagram account three times, posting the Australian Aboriginal flag. 

The Change the Date campaign is a petition to Change the Day on which Australia Day is held, as currently it marks the day of British Colonisation in Australia, which is something that many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people see as a day that marks the beginning of hundreds of years of suffering and inequality.

Australia Day is held on January 26 every year.
