Stan Walker has taken to Instagram and opened up about his life since his surgery for the first time.

In the intimate set of stories that he posted to his Instagram account last night, Stan talks about how he went back to the gym for the first time and has paid the price.

"I thought all good, just jump in and go hard," but it turns out it wasn't all good at all.

He described how he couldn't breathe and then spoke about how much pain the gym session caused.

"My body is falling apart, my life is falling apart at this moment, I am in pain."
