Rihanna has broken up with her billionaire boyfriend, Hassan Jameel.
According to reports the pop star ended her romance with the Saudi businessman, after supposedly 'tiring' of him,
A friend of the Barbadian musician told MediaTakeOut.com: 'It's over... Rihanna broke his heart. That's what she does, break men's hearts. Rihanna just got tired of him. She gets tired of men sometimes.'
Rihanna, 30, had never confirmed the romance, thought to have started last year, but had spoken of being in a serious relationship in interviews.
Indeed in the June edition of Vogue she said her unnamed partner had given her a new outlook on life.
The Stay hitmaker explained: 'I used to feel guilty about taking personal time, but I also think I never met someone who was worth it before.'
Divorced Jameel, 29, comes from one of the world's richest families, and is the heir to the Abdul Latif Jameel fortune.
In 2017, they were ranked the fourth richest family in the Arab world with a collective net worth of $2.2billion, according to Forbes Middle East.
The family’s company, Abdul Latif Jameel, named after Hassan’s father, owns exclusive rights to Toyota car sales in Saudi Arabia, as well as seven other countries.
After Jameel's grandfather died in 1993, his father Mohammed became the company’s president and chairman. The company says it is the largest independent distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in the world.
Hassan Jameel serves as the Vice-Chairman and Deputy President of the Abdul Latif Jameel company. The company also owns a Saudi professional football league called the Jameel league, in which 14 teams play.
As well as playing a key role in the family business, Jameel is also the President of Community Jameel, an organisation that is ‘a social enterprise organisation that operates a wide range of initiatives which promote and contribute towards positive societal change and economic sustainability’.
Community Jameel says it focuses on 'investments in training, job creation and businesses aimed at helping communities transform themselves.'
Before he started dating Rihanna, Hassan was reported to be dating Naomi Campbell, after being spotted with the London-born supermodel in July 2016, at the British Summer Time Festival in London.
The model and pop star unfollowed one another on Instagram after Rihanna's secret romance was revealed.
