Kylie Jenner is real estate mogul at only 19 years old she has already purchased her second multi-million dollar home this one topping $13.2 Million ($18.1 Mil NZD) in real estate purchases.

Kylie first moved out of her family home two years ago to a $2.7 million house, and since then she has purchased two other homes in the Los Angeles area. and no doubt these won't be her last purchases.

Her first home which was a mere $2.7 mill clocked in at 4,900 square feet, with 5 bedroom and 7 bathrooms, a home theatre, massive kitchen and a pool.

After re-vamping the homes exterior and interior she put it on the market for a cool $3.9 mil which makes her a $1.3 mil profit.

Then in 2016 Kylie went and bought a $6 million home in the Hidden Hills of California, this is a 7,000 square feet house featuring 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and long list of very lavish amenities.

Annnd now Kylie has dropped $4.5 mil on the home adjacent to her current mansion. Although this is slightly smaller at 5,000 square feet it still homes an impressive 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and no doubt Kylie will be re-vamping it to her style.
