The iconic Bey and Jay duo have completed the Europe leg of their 48-date On the Run II tour and have recently embarked on American cities.
The sequel to the 2014 On the Run tour still has a Bonnie and Clyde theme and shares more home-videos with shots of their latest additions Rumi and Sir Carter. During interludes, fans see exclusive montages of their family holiday in Jamaica and never before seen footage revealing the pair got baptised and renewed their vowels!
The set list includes all of their chart-topping hits and sees the show evolve like a heated conversation through performances of songs from 'Lemonade', '4:44' and their surprise album 'Everything is Love' that dropped on the tour.
Speaking about the tour so far in her September Issue of Vogue, Beyoncé highlights the Berlin Olympiastadion stop as a memorable moment.
She spoke of it's historical use to promote the rhetoric of hate, racism, and divisiveness. She reflects on the human growth and connection the site has seen with two black people performing there to a packed, sold-out stadium and says “I live for those moments”.
