Beyonce opens up about her 'hands-on' parenting methods

She's been out of the spotlight these past few months.
That's because Beyonce has been busy with her seven-month-old twins Sir and Rumi she shares with husband Jay Z, 48, according to Us Weekly.
'Beyonce is spending a ton of time with her twins and is a very involved mom,' an insider dished to the site on Wednesday.
But the 36-year-old hitmaker isn't doing it all alone. Her six-year-old daughter Blue Ivy is lending a hand.
'Blue loves the twins and is always checking on them and helping out with mommy duties,' the source added.
But they may both need some extra help as Bey is prepping her return to the stage.
The Sorry singer is due to headline Coachella at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in April after pulling out of last year's event because she was pregnant with her twins.
The 20-time Grammy-winner is already getting ready for the music festival with SoulCycle classes and a lot of dance practice.
'Beyoncé loves spin classes, she takes them with Jay and sometimes will do them at home,' the source told Us.
'She is in amazing shape, but her dance rehearsals are what are really keeping her in shape.'
The Formation singer will likely be at the Grammy Awards at Madison Square Gardens in New York on Sunday to support Jay-Z.
Her husband of 10 years is up for eight awards, including best rap/sung performance for their collaboration. Family Feud.
Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, will also receive the Salute To Industry Icons Award at Clive Davis' and the Recording Academy's pre-Grammy Gala in Manhattan on Saturday.
